Shipping Policy

All ALEF Printing & Packaging orders are produced at our facility in Ajman and delivered across the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how production timelines, delivery and collection work.

Production lead time

Every order is made to your specification, so lead time depends on the product, quantity, printing and finishing involved. We confirm a clear production timeline with your quotation and again when the proof is approved. Production starts only after written proof approval and receipt of any advance payment stated on the quotation. Changes to artwork, quantity or specification after approval may extend the timeline.

Delivery across the UAE

We deliver to all seven emirates: Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the consignment and the delivery location, and are stated on your quotation or invoice. Deliveries are made to the ground-floor entrance or loading area of the address provided on business days during working hours; please let us know in advance if the site requires appointments, gate passes or special handling.

Collection

You are welcome to collect your order from our Ajman facility at no charge. We will confirm when the order is ready and agree a collection time with you.

GCC and international delivery

Delivery to other GCC countries and international destinations is available on request and quoted per order. For shipments outside the UAE, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

On delivery

Please inspect the consignment on arrival and note any visible damage or shortfall on the delivery note before signing. Report any damage, shortfall or discrepancy to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@alefprinting.com or on WhatsApp at +971 52 230 9449, with photographs where possible, so we can resolve it quickly. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Delays

We work to the timeline agreed with you and will keep you informed of progress. Occasionally delays arise from material supply, courier disruption, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control; where this happens we will tell you as soon as possible and agree a revised date. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by delivery delays.
